UNDERFOOT explores deep time, damaged archives, hidden landscapes, and the unstable nature of evidence.

Drawing on archaeology, natural history, field recording, photography, museum collections and documentary research, the work examines how human beings reconstruct meaning from fragments, omissions, and material traces.

Current projects focus on caves, subterranean spaces, forgotten collections, sensory phenomena, and the layered histories beneath familiar places.
